 Since our inception in 1995, we have managed a diversity of Asset types, including  Medical, Office, Industrial, Retail, Self-Storage, and Development Land. We have also consulted with various clients on sales, leasing, development, and re-development.  

Alliance Exchange was founded in 1995 by the late Henry H. Blanton, Sr.  who was a pioneer in commercial development in Florida since the early 1940's.  AEFL was built on nearly a century of local experience, as he drew from his own experience as well as that of his father who founded Blanton Realty, Inc. in Clearwater, FL in 1912.   Mark Blanton took the helm of Alliance Exchange in 2005 and currently serves as President of the organization.  He is a fourth generation real estate broker in the Tampa Bay area and has led AEFL and its clients through both the biggest real estate bubble and one of the worst downturns in the Florida economy.
